- same time some people are waiting over 6 months to have telephone service
- installed. From a stock holders point of view US West is probably one of the
- best utilities around. For the consumer it is probably one of the worst.
- BTW, ISDN rates, as proposed by US West, will start at someithing like $70 a
- month for the most basic service in Utah.
